Due to the current security situation in the Middle East, some of our flights to, from, or via destinations in the region are canceled or adjusted.

  • Tel Aviv: Several flights on Monday, February 2, and Tuesday, February 3. From Thursday, February 5, through Sunday, February 15, we temporarily offer direct flights (no stopover in Paphos).
  • Dubai: Daylight flights scheduled through Sunday, February 15, with some cancellations or adjustments between February 4 and 15.
  • Riyadh: Flights resumed on Tuesday, January 27.
  • Dammam: Flights resumed on Tuesday, January 27.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will update our schedule where needed. You can count on us doing our very best to help you reach your destination as soon as possible.

Rebooking and requesting a refund

If your flight to, from, or via any of these destinations was scheduled between Friday, January 23, and Sunday, February 15, and has been canceled, you will automatically be rebooked. Please keep an eye on My Trip or the KLM app. Have you already been rebooked? Unfortunately, this may mean that you will need to be rebooked again in the coming days, depending on how the situation develops.

1. Rebook to a different travel date

If your flight was cancelled, you can rebook to a different travel date in My Trip or the KLM app.

2. Request a refund

If any of your flights were cancelled, you can request a full refund of the ticket and extra options.
